At BCAG, we believe in creating a positive learning space for women (cis and trans) to not only explore but to thrive in the outdoors. We want to empower women to be the leaders, use their voices, and make decisions to be amazing contributors both in and out of the mountains.
Environment
We recognize the positive impact that comes from a single gender learning environment and do our best to create an experience tailored to how women learn and lead. We provide space for inquiry, collaboration, storytelling, and processing while immersing ourselves in our physical environment.
