Movement over stone brings us back to our childhood joy of exploring nature and challenging ourselves to expand our comfort zone. We take advantage of the great variety of climbing locations and go to Mt Erie, Exit 38, Index and Vantage to learn the various facets of rock climbing. Enjoy your first climb seaside at Mt Erie with Bald Eagles flying by or drive 40 minutes after work to climb a few pitches at Exit 38. When crack climbing and traditional gear placement intrigue you, we go to Index and Vantage to learn and send! Introduction 101, Intermediate Crack 102 all include opportunities to enjoy local breweries and bbq by the beach.

Our course progression is designed to build skills sequentially, with each course building on the last. However, recognizing that climbers have different experience levels, each course also stands alone with a strong foundation of learning objectives, allowing participants to enter at any point or take a single course on its own based on their skills and goals.
