Philosophy
At BCAG, we believe in creating a positive learning space for women to not only explore but to thrive in the outdoors. We want to empower women to be the leaders, use their voices, and make decisions to be amazing contributors both in and out of the mountains. We recognize the positive impact that comes from a single gender learning environment and do our best to create an experience tailored to how women learn and lead. We provide space for inquiry, collaboration, storytelling, and processing while immersing ourselves in our physical environment.
WE TAKE YOU PLACES YOU'VE NEVER BEEN
We guide year-round on rock, snow, and ice; and we want you to flourish and play whenever inspiration strikes! Our trips are fully custom, designed around the dates that work best for you and the people you want to share your adventure with. In the long days of summer, we offer rock climbing and mountaineering in Washington’s stunning Cascades. Through the winter, we guide both locally and abroad, providing instruction, mentorship, and guided experiences to help you achieve your goals.
