Tahoma, the Great White One, giver of water and great skiing! The legends of Rainier include native tales of descents 10,000’ long with powder to corn skiing in August. This is where we learn to tour and make everyplace seem small after skiing one of the birth places of North American Ski Mountaineering.

 

Paradise offers some of the best advanced level of ski touring in the high alpine, above the trees, traversing glaciers to long rewarding descents of the:

4-7,000 descents, huts, deep snowpack and great access give us a chance to experience and prepare for bigger tours in Canada, Alaska,Europe, South America and the Himalaya.
